Not completely happy with your order? You have 30 days from the date you receive it to request a return.

What We Need

• The item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

1. Email support@aemora.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the item to.
3. Post your item back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a tracked service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will email you and issue your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email us with your order number and clear photos and we will make it right.
