Delivery

We deliver across South Africa and to a selected list of international destinations.

Delivery Times

• South Africa: 12-15 business days from the date your order is placed.
• International: delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed by email once your order ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. You will always see the final shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also check the progress of your order any time on our Order Status page.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
